One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one vn880 account. Creating multiple accounts, or using another person's account, is strictly prohibited, and vn880 reserves the right to cancel all associated accounts in such cases.

Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide true, accurate, and complete information when registering an account. If false or misleading information is provided, vn880 may suspend or cancel the account and any funds associated with that account may be forfeited.

Password Security

Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. You should not share your password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

Account Verification

vn880 may request official documents for identity verification at any time. Identity confirmation may be required before a withdrawal request is processed. Failure to cooperate with verification may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

Accepted Payment Methods

vn880 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals through the following mobile banking methods:

Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 — applicable equally for all payment methods. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.

Currency

All transactions on vn880 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not supported.

Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a welcome bonus of up to 150% on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,500. Alternatively, depositing ৳12,000 gives you the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳20,000.

Wagering Requirements

After receiving a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount — not the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

General Bonus Usage Rules

• Each bonus may only be used once under its applicable terms.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts may result in those accounts being cancelled.
• vn880 reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of misuse or where betting activity is strategically bonus-dependent only.
• vn880 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

VIP Cashback

vn880's VIP program has five tiers. The weekly cashback for each tier is as follows:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Based on your gaming activity, you can be automatically promoted to a higher tier.

Bet Acceptance

A bet is only officially accepted once a confirmation message is received from the system. If a bet is not confirmed due to a system error or connection failure, it will not be considered valid.

Result Determination

For sports betting, results will be determined based on the official result announcement. If an event is postponed, abandoned, or incomplete, vn880 will make a decision in line with its policy. Casino game results are determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG).

Bet Cancellation Circumstances

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed and a sufficient portion has not been completed.
• If evidence of fraud or manipulation is found.
• If a user commits a serious violation of these terms.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vn880 platform:

• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Conducting transactions through money laundering or illegal funds.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts.
• Colluding with other players to bet on predetermined outcomes.
